The Slush Event (19 to 20 November 2025) is a startup and tech event held annually in Helsinki, Finland.
SLUSH facilitates meetings between the founders of startups and investors such as venture capitalists, accomplished with events such as matchmaking and pitching competitions. SLUSH aims to build a worldwide startup community.
At Slush the following event components are planned:
- 20 – 21 November 2025: Booth at Slush (40 sqm), with counter, 6 smaller booths, a networking/lounge area, and a space for the EIT Community initiatives and KICs
- A networking lunchbreak at the booth

This RFP seeks proposals from experienced graphic designers who will be available from April to November 2025 to prepare the relevant graphic design for the overall marketing and communication at SLUSH.
