Women, Innovation and Industry: Driving Change in Logistics and Manufacturing

How can we enhance female talent in logistics and manufacturing?

Within the Intralogistica event panel series, international trade fair dedicated for material handling and warehouse management, we will explore professional and entrepreneurial opportunities for women, career development pathways, leadership roles, corporate best practices, and success stories designed to inspire and guide the next generation.

A special focus will be given to Women TechEU, an initiative promoted by the European Union that supports women entrepreneurs in the deep tech sector. Through targeted funding, mentoring programmes, and the development of entrepreneurial and technological skills, Women TechEU serves as a concrete example of how to drive change and close the gender gap in a field that is strategic for the future of Europe’s economy.

The conference will also present an overview of incentives, services, and programmes supporting female entrepreneurship, with particular attention to opportunities for those looking to start or grow a business. Initiatives aimed at fostering B2B meetings will also be featured, encouraging networking and the development of new collaborations between women-led businesses and aspiring entrepreneurs.

Speakers will share experiences, challenges, and practical strategies to overcome stereotypes and structural barriers, promoting broader and more impactful female participation in key roles within logistics and manufacturing.
