Drafting of Transfer Pricing Agreements and Legal Advisory Services

EIT Manufacturing is undergoing a significant restructuring process. As part of this restructuring, we are seeking a reputable and experienced law firm with an international presence across Europe to provide essential legal services. These services will include the drafting of new Transfer Pricing Agreements (TPAs) and legal advice on the implications of various models we are considering as part of our new organizational structure.
