Freelance Project Manager for SLUSH event support

The Slush Event (19 to 21 November 2024) is a startup and tech event held annually in Helsinki, Finland. SLUSH facilitates meetings between the founders of startups and investors such as venture capitalists, accomplished with events such as matchmaking and pitching competitions. SLUSH aims to build a worldwide startup community.

At Slush three event components are planned:

• 19 November 2024: Side event (separate location in the city center of Helsinki, Meeting Park OASIS), 5 hour event including lunch
• 20 – 21 November 2024: Booth at Slush (40 sqm), with counter, 4-5 start-up booths, a networking area, and a space for the EIT Community initiatives and KICs
• Potentially: An event (breakfast?) at the booth

This RFP aims to collect offers

• for a project manager freelance support (approx. 25-30h/week) from 1 August 2024 until 18 November 2024 as well as
• On-Site-Support at the SLUSH in Helsinki at the booth/side event from 18 November to 20 (possibly 21) November.
