Team Building Services – Porto, Portugal

EIT Manufacturing is seeking proposals from qualified providers to design and facilitate a team-building experience as part of our in-person townhall. The event aims to foster trust and collaboration among employees in a newly transitioned, service-oriented organisation. The activity will take place on January 22, 2024, from 13:00 to 17:00 GMT, involving approximately 200 participants across all organisational levels. The programme should be tailored to address the unique challenges of our organisation such as a recent company re-organisation, ensuring full engagement and participation while aligning with EIT Manufacturing culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. The ultimate scope of the team building activity is to strengthen trust across the whole company and its employees.

This team-building initiative must also incorporate aspects of change management, recognising the significant organisational transformation EIT Manufacturing underwent in 2024. Activities should support employees in navigating this change by fostering resilience, adaptability, and trust within teams.
