About the project

A flexible solution that allows automatic disassembling of battery packs, able to handle different designs, shapes and sizes thanks to high level programming approach. 

Purpose of the project

Flex-BD automates battery dismantling and aims to repurpose automotive batteries, enhancing eMobility sustainability. 

Societal impact

Flex-BD has a positive impact on workers’ health and safety removing repetitive and heavy tasks and minimizing the exposure to harmful substances and high voltages.
