Main results & insights

One of the main outcomes is the establishment of a thriving and dynamic community of young professionals within the manufacturing industry. This community has become a hub for collaboration, knowledge exchange and innovation, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement with third parties, such as Women in 3D Printing, CECIMO, and Luxottica. As a result, participants have been able to gain valuable insights and industry-specific expertise, enhancing their professional growth and leadership acumen.

The project’s emphasis on inclusivity and diversity has led to increased representation of individuals from various backgrounds becoming engaged with the sector. More than 56 countries are represented in the project, and it constantly works to reach greater participation of female participants, who today make up around 30% of the network.

Overall, the Young Manufacturing Leaders Network has successfully cultivated a new generation of skilled, forward-thinking leaders, positively influencing the industry’s trajectory.
