Access2Tech Europe during the Tyrolean Innovation Week
On 12 & 13 March 2024, Innsbruck became an innovation hotspot, by hosting the exclusive event Access2Tech Europe aiming to connect leading European startups with Austrian/Tyrolean manufacturing corporates.
During the Tyrolean edition of the Access2Tech Europe programme, 16 European startups and scale-ups from the industrial manufacturing sector came together to showcase their innovative technologies to Austrian corporates. The event served as a unique opportunity to present the region of Tyrol as a leading industrial hub and provided valuable insights into the Tyrolean innovation ecosystem.
“The Access2Tech event in Innsbruck was a great success! We had the opportunity to meet numerous interesting cooperation partners, setting the stage for future collaborations and innovation.”
Emir Causevic, CEO, Sleeve GMBH
Another startup described its valuable attendance at Access2Tech as follows:
“Kheoos’ participation in this event was very rewarding in many ways. Beyond the excellent contacts made with Austrian companies, it allowed us to understand the challenges of corporates who came to share them with us. Last but not least, the link that is created with other European startups is very important and allows to see what is their field of application for the industry. Everything is thought out by EIT Manufacturing to create this link and these networks with companies: it will definitely support the development of kheoos!”

The programme in Innsbruck was successfully organised with the help of our partner Standortagentur Tirol. Moreover, we were supported by the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), Startup.Tirol and Skinnovation.
One of the key highlights was the pitching session, where 10 international startups showcased their innovations. Additionally, matchmaking sessions facilitated over 100 meetings, underscoring the eagerness of both startups and corporates to explore collaboration opportunities.
