BoostUp! FRANCE 2023 opens for applications

The call, open from August 2nd to October 5th, looks for French startups working to bring the European industry into the Circular Economy. Participants can look forward to joining a pitching competition, meeting industry stakeholders, and wooing a jury of experts for cash prizes.

EIT Manufacturing, the largest manufacturing-focused Knowledge and Innovation Community within the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT), a body of the European Union, is delighted to announce the much-anticipated BoostUp! FRANCE 2023, a startup competition designed to empower French entrepreneurs in expanding their businesses and tapping into European markets.

BoostUp! is an integral part of EIT Manufacturing’s initiative to foster business creation in the manufacturing sector throughout Europe since 2020. In December, Paris will host the French BoostUp! Edition, which puts a special emphasis on Circular Economy, aligning with EIT Manufacturing’s commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. EIT Manufacturing has the privilege of teaming up with Impulse Partners to make the organization’s flagship event happen. This collaboration will elevate this unparalleled opportunity for French startups to gain exposure and scale their ventures.

The application period is open from August 2nd to October 5th, and the competition final is set to take place on December 8th, 2023, at Station F (Paris).

Participating startups can look forward to an array of benefits, including:

· Opportunities for Internationalization: By engaging with EIT Manufacturing’s wide European network, participants can explore new markets and expand their business in France and beyond.

· Growth Support: EIT Manufacturing’s Business Creation team will provide dedicated support of two months to the shortlisted finalists, offering tailored guidance and expertise to help them achieve their growth objectives.

· Prize Awards: Winners of the competition will receive cash prizes to fuel their ventures. The first prize winner will be awarded 7.000€, the second prize winner will receive 5.000€, and the third prize winner will be granted 3.000€.
