The Resilient Leadership in Industry Programme, created by Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) joint with EIT Manufacturing and Clúster Digital de Catalunya, helps industry professionals strengthen their leadership and communication skills to manage teams and take on greater responsibilities.
