RfP for Corporate Event Organisation and Supplier Coordination Services – EITM Flagship Event 2025

EIT Manufacturing, a Knowledge and Innovation Community (KIC) under EIT, is seeking proposals from experienced event management agencies for the EIT Manufacturing Corporate Event 2025, a high-profile gathering aimed at fostering innovation and collaboration within the European manufacturing sector. The event will bring together up to 500 participants, including industry leaders, academics, and policymakers, to advance the digital economy, circular economy, and decarbonization in manufacturing. Agencies will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the event, ensuring seamless delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.

Event Overview:

• Location: Maison de la Poste, Tour & Taxis, Brussels, Belgium
• Dates: April 8–10, 2025 (setup on April 7)

Qualified agencies should demonstrate expertise in managing large-scale professional events, with a strong track record in similar domains. Proposals should outline the agency’s approach, capabilities, and budget framework to deliver an impactful and memorable experience.
