The European Digital Innovation Hub for the digital transformation of manufacturing companies

The European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) are central contact points for companies and the public sector to master digital challenges and become more competitive. They provide access to technical expertise, experimentation, and innovation services, including financing advice and training, to help companies improve their business processes, products or services using digital technologies.

AI5production is an Austrian EDIH that offers extensive services in digitisation for free to Austrian manufacturing companies with up to 300 employees. It provides companies with access to research infrastructure and know-how to advance their digital transformation, as well as support in finding financing for investments in digitisation. AI5production also focuses on sustainability and eco-design, and offers training programmes and workshops on various topics related to digitisation in production and Industry 5.0.

EIT Manufacturing East is proud to be part of the project consortium, which consists of 16 Austrian companies, university and non-university research institutes, with TU Wien responsible for project coordination. The project also includes a Policy Learning Board and Stakeholder Committee to ensure quality and relevance.
