Innovation Area Leadership

The Innovation Area Leadership Activity covers the overall operation of EIT Manufacturing’s Innovation Pillar. This activity focuses on the design, operation, and monitoring of all Innovation Pillar programs and calls. This includes oversight of innovation hotspot identification and development. The activity will involve two base persons and may evolve over time:

• The Innovation Pillar Director: Who ensures that the Innovation Pillar delivers EIT Manufacturing’s Strategic Agenda according to the Business Plan by driving the monitoring of activities and analyzing their performance, building and strengthening links with network partners, driving the Launch and Replicate Activities, and leading the annual Innovation Call process including innovation hotspot processes.
• The Innovation PMO (Programme Management Office): Who monitors the progress of EIT Manufacturing activities
