1st CLC South East Workshop in Romania

On November 2, 2022, in continuation of the previous day’s workshop, the 1^st CLC South East Workshop in Romania took place in Brasov. The workshop was organised by EIT Manufacturing RIS Hub and ICEBERG+.

Representing CLC South East, Dr. Niki Kousi presented EIT Manufacturing and its offerings to the Romanian manufacturing innovation ecosystem. More than 20 participants attended the workshop. Present were Mr. Ionu Tata, CEO of ICEBERG+ and Ms Raluca Lucat, EIT Manufacturing RIS Hub Romania and large enterprises such as Siemens Romania, Schaeffler Romania, Romanian Universities of the region and various Romanian startups. The discussion topics, around which the workshop was held, were mainly twofold: a) the search of local stakeholders needs and requirements for innovation, education and business creation as well as, b) the pursuit of collaboration opportunities and plan for EIT Manufacturing and eDIH.
