First Machine Learning in Industry 4.0 Training completed

In September, the first cohort of students successfully completed the Online Training for Machine Learning in Industry 4.0 hosted by EIT Manufacturing East.
Organized in collaboration with expert partners EuroCC Austria, Vienna Scientific Cluster and Know Center, Machine Learning in Industry 4.0 is an interactive online training for professionals interested in the basic theory of Machine Learning, as well as Deep Learning and its practical application with solving a regression model problem.
During the 5-day programme, participants from Austria, Spain and Ireland worked on real case examples and the application of these concepts to the manufacturing and industry context. All participants received a certificate of attendance upon completion of the online training.

On its Marketplace, EIT Manufacturing East offers training programmes on the application of innovative technologies in the manufacturing industry, such as blockchain, machine learning or collaborative robot (cobot) technology.
The programmes and courses are implemented in close cooperation with partner organisations, including TU Vienna, EuroCC Austria and the Austrian Blockchain Center – ABC Research. The offer is developed in coordination with market and industry requirements and is intended to support the technological upskilling and reskilling of people from the European manufacturing industry.
All programmes are offered online with optional on-site training available free of charge.
