Čo sú inovačné vouchery?
Úrad vlády SR vyhlásil v rámci Plánu obnovy a odolnosti výzvu na predkladanie žiadostí na podporu spolupráce medzi podnikateľským sektorom a vedecko-výskumnými subjektami – inovačné vouchery!
Inovačné vouchery sú zamerané na podporu spolupráce podnikov, ktoré majú záujem zvýšiť svoju konkurencieschopnosť prostredníctvom digitalizácie alebo inovácií svojich výrobkov, služieb a procesov, v spolupráci s výskumnými inštitúciami, vysokými školami, súkromnými poskytovateľmi služieb výskumu a vývoja a samosprávami. Cieľom je mobilizovať účasť súkromného sektora na výskume, vývoji a inováciách a zvýšiť podiel inovatívnych podnikov, ale aj uľahčiť prenos poznatkov, technológií a inovácií a posilniť spoluprácu s podnikateľským sektorom.
Kto sa môže prihlásiť?
Samostatne zárobkovo činné osoby alebo malé a stredné podniky (MSP) môžu získať finančné prostriedky z Plánu obnovy a odolnosti vo forme inovačných poukážok.
Termín na predkladanie žiadostí je 31. december 2025 alebo do vyčerpania finančných prostriedkov (9 mil. euro). Na zvýšenie svojej konkurencieschopnosti na trhu môžu podniky získať od 5 000 eur do 15 000 eur, pričom maximálna výška financovania je 85 % celkových oprávnených výdavkov.

Postup podávania žiadostí o poskytnutie inovačných poukazov:
- Žiadateľ sa zaregistruje do Informačného systému plánu obnovy Úradu vlády SR (ISPO).
- Žiadateľ vyplní formulár žiadosti.
- Po schválení žiadateľ podpíše kontrakt s Úradom vlády SR.

Nastavenie a podrobnosti projektu sa určia na úvodnom bezplatnom workshope, ktorého cieľom je posúdiť potreby, očakávania a ciele žiadateľa pred začatím procesu podávania žiadosti.
EIT Manufacturing poskytuje dohodnuté služby počas trvania projektu vrátane úvodného seminára, pravidelných mesačných stretnutí s mentormi a koučmi a záverečného seminára na konci projektu. V závislosti od rozsahu a rozpočtu projektu sa frekvencia a dĺžka koučovacích stretnutí môže líšiť.

What are the Innovation Vouchers?
The Office of the Government of the Slovak Republic announced within the framework of the Recovery and Resilience Plan to support the cooperation between business and scientific research with Innovation Vouchers!
The Innovation Vouchers are aimed at stimulating the cooperation of companies interested in increasing their competitiveness through digitalisation or innovations in their products, services, and processes, in collaboration with research institutions, universities, private providers of research and development services, and municipalities. The goal is to mobilise the participation of the private sector in research, development and innovation and to increase the share of innovative enterprises, but also to facilitate the transfer of knowledge, technology and innovation and to strengthen cooperation with the business sector.
Who can apply?
Self-employed individuals or small and medium-sized companies (SME) are eligible to receive funds from the Recovery and Resilience Plan in the form of Innovation Vouchers.
The deadline for submitting applications is 31 December 2025 or until the funds (9 Mio. EUR) are exhausted. To increase their competitiveness on the market, businesses can receive between 5,000 EUR and 15,000 EUR, with a maximum funding of 85% of the total eligible expenditures.

- The applicant registers to the Information System of the Recovery Plan (ISPO) of the Slovak Government Office.
- The applicant fills in the application form.
- After approval, the applicant signs the contact with the Slovak Government Office.

The setup and details of the project are determined in an initial free-of-charge 3-hour workshop to assess the needs, expectations and goals of the applicant, before the start of the application process.
EIT Manufacturing delivers the agreed upon services during the project lifetime, including a kick-off workshop, regular monthly mentoring and coaching meetings and a final workshop at the end of the project. Depending on the scope and budget of the project, the frequency and length of the coaching sessions can vary.
The service offering:
- Access to funding options and investment opportunities. Guidance on venture capital funding, facilitation of connections with investors and participation at selected events.
- Identification of partnerships, collaborations, or customers. Evaluation of the strategic fit, technology alignment, and cultural compatibility including introductions and negotiations support.
- Technology transfer. Identification of valuable technologies for licensing or transfer of knowledge including negotiations support.
- Company assessment and market research. Identification of growth opportunities, evaluation of competitive positioning and formulation of strategic plans to achieve the business objectives.
- Market entry strategies. Assessment of regulatory requirements of target market, development of market penetration strategies and evaluation of potential risks.
- Business plan and business model review. Expert coaching on pitch decks, innovative product development, financial planning and investment readiness.
- Expert Training on innovative industry methods and new technologies. Online, in-person or hybrid training solutions to ensure flexibility and accessibility across industries and borders on topics such as Blockchain, Machine Learning, EU Funding and much more.
