The Learn4SME project aims to build the first ever learning factory in North Macedonia under the slogan of “low cost automation and digitalization”. The primary goal of the activity is to raise awareness of local/regional SMEs and disseminate not only the concept but also an implemented showcase of a learning factory to the region.

The learning factory promotes initial and continual vocational education and training (VET) firstly in Macedonia and later in the neighbor countries, inter alia, Serbia and Bulgaria. The Learn4SMEs will enable local/regional SMEs to determine opportunities and benefits of a learning factory for re/up skilling of current employees, and skilling of the newly hired staff. Students and job seekers in the region will gain benefits from the professional training programs, incl. technical and non-tech. lessons offered through courses and learning nuggets tailored to the needs of local/regional SMEs, FDIs & European job market.
