Education Officer – Strategic Projects – EIT Manufacturing South

About the position:

The Education Officer – Strategic Projects is responsible to develop, implement and execute the education strategies of publicly funded projects. This includes working with different project consortia to set up efficient and comprehensive training activities, with a particular focus on upskilling/reskilling activities in R&D&I projects in manufacturing industry sectors. This will also include to reach the relevant target audiences on national and European levels, to perform skills gap analysis on the target audiences, and to coordinate the design, implementation and validation of the project‘s training programs, in collaboration with relevant partners. The Education Officer – Strategic Projects might work on different projects at the same time and should develop synergies to streamline the training activities of different projects and EIT Manufacturing South. Therefore, this role will develop a strong understanding of the education and upskilling/reskilling needs in the area of manufacturing across covered projects; collaborate with the Education Team and with the partners to enhance the EIT Manufacturing education offer; create and leverage partnerships to reach the objectives in terms of upskilled/reskilled people. As Education Officer – Strategic Projects in IC South you will collaborate with the local team to actively integrate the Education perspective and contribution with Innovation and Business Creation, within the local ecosystem and innovation community.
